Health Care - As enacted, establishes licensure of anesthesiologist assistants; revises provisions authorizing hospitals to employ certain licensed physicians for certain medical services. - Amends TCA Title 47; Title 63 and Title 68.

Criminal Procedure - As enacted, increases from 11 months and 29 days to two years from the date of arrest the time within which misdemeanor charges against a defendant who has been found incompetent must be retired unless the defendant is restored to competency; adds to present law that, when a defendant whose misdemeanor charges were retired due to a finding of incompetency is released into the community, the chief officer is required to notify the court of the defendant's discharge and provide the court and the sheriff with an outpatient treatment plan that accounts for the safety of the community. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 40 and Title 52.

Putnam County - Subject to local approval, sets the salary of general session court judges at an amount equal to the amount received annually by the circuit court judges and chancellors as of September 1, 2030. - Amends Chapter 125 of the Private Acts of 1949; as amended.

Taxes, Excise - As enacted, authorizes, subject to certain provisions, a taxpayer, at the taxpayer's discretion, to add back to net earnings certain deductions and to subtract certain amounts. - Amends TCA Section 67-4-2006.
