Labor and Workforce Development, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the office of employment verification assistance to, using existing resources, create and publish a report on the number of employers that the office has enrolled in E-Verify or conducted work authorization status checks on behalf of. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8 and Title 50.

Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, requires that a health plan, or an insurer offering a health plan, include coverage for clinical genetic testing for an inherited gene mutation for an individual with a personal or family history of cancer that is recommended by a healthcare professional, and evidence-based cancer imaging for an individual with an increased risk of cancer as recommended by National Comprehensive Cancer Network clinical practice guidelines. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.

Wine & Wineries - As enacted, exempts the sale of wine for consumption on the premises of a winery or farm wine producer, including the premises of a satellite facility, including tastings and sealed bottles sold at retail for consumption on the premises, from the liquor-by-the-drink tax on alcoholic beverages. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207.

Education - As introduced, requires, if a local government adopts a budget that includes the required maintenance of effort for education funding but fails to appropriate or allocate the full amount budgeted to the LEA, the local government, in the following fiscal year, to appropriate and allocate the unfunded portion to the LEA; specifies that the maintenance of local funding effort required for a fiscal year following a fiscal year in which the local government failed to appropriate or allocate the full amount budgeted to the LEA must be determined based on the amount budgeted to the LEA for the previous fiscal year instead of the amount actually appropriated or allocated to the LEA by the local government. - Amends TCA Section 49-3-314.

Chiropractors - As introduced, requires certain insurers to reimburse chiropractic physicians at the same rate as physicians for the same services. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7 and Title 63.

Real Estate Agents and Brokers - As enacted, exempts a real estate broker licensee who was originally licensed prior to January 1, 2005, and does not supervise any affiliate brokers from the requirement to furnish certification of satisfactory completion of 16 classroom hours in real estate courses for reissuance of a license for a licensure period after the period in which the licensee completed the required 120 classroom hours in real estate. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 13.
