Sports - As introduced, reduces membership on the executive committee of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame board from seven to six members; adds to board responsibilities by requiring it to direct the mission of the hall of fame; adjusts time line for the hall of fame board to submit a plan for operation to the commissioner of tourist development for review and approval. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 54.

Local Government, General - As introduced, authorizes a municipality to create and require the use of a landlord registry for a real estate investment trust that owns, operates, or finances 10 or more dwelling units located within the municipality. - Amends TCA Title 66.

Professions and Occupations - As enacted, makes various changes relative to the practice of chiropractors, including animal chiropractic practice. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 63.

Agriculture, Dept. of - As enacted, establishes a fund for the development and implementation of programs that benefit Tennesseans by preserving farmland and forestland, including a grant program for conservation easements. - Amends TCA Title 43, Chapter 1, Part 1.

Taxes, Hotel Motel - As enacted, revises present law relative to the privilege tax upon the privilege of occupancy in a hotel levied by municipalities. - Amends TCA Title 7 and Title 67.

Health Care - As enacted, enacts the "Fertility Treatment and Contraceptive Protection Act." - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
