Relating to the Contract Review Permanent Legislative Oversight Committee; to amend Section 29-2-40, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide further for membership of the committee.

Relating to the Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners; to amend Section 34-29-67, Code of Alabama 1975, to increase the daily stipend for board members; and to authorize the board to increase the amount of the daily stipend at its discretion by rule.

Relating to the State Board of Genetic Counseling; to amend Sections 34-13A-3 and 34-13A-10, Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the board to conduct regular meetings by electronic means; and to authorize the board to make grants to develop training and continuing education programs for genetic counselors.

Relating to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs; to authorize the department to distribute funds appropriated for that purpose to any government or private entity to accomplish the design, construction, and installation of a replica of the Saturn 1B Rocket or similar structure at the northernmost Interstate 65 rest stop in the state, if the original rocket located at the Interstate 65 Ardmore Welcome Center in Elkmont, Alabama is beyond restoration or repair; and to allocate funding under the department's Planning Program.
