Prohibits the use of student loan payment credit history checks in certain cases

Provides an exemption for a portion of a certain parcel of land from selling alcohol within a certain distance from a church

Requires certain public authorities to develop a feasibility study to promote bicycle and pedestrian access on bridges

Enacts the "consumer protection and automotive transparency act"
