Enacts the Alexander John Smullen Traffic Safety Memorial Law

Provides that the thruway authority shall issue permits for ambulances and fire vehicles for toll exemptions

Relates to prohibiting charges for the issuance of a certificate of still birth or fetal death

Provides for a partial exemption from taxation of certain residential real property transferred by a governmental entity, nonprofit housing organization, land bank or community land trust to low-income household

Authorizing the town of Fishkill and the village of Fishkill to adopt a local law to impose a hotel/motel occupancy tax
