Summary
Federal Leadership in Energy Efficient Transportation Act or the FLEET Act
This bill establishes various authorities and requirements for upgrading the U.S. Postal Service vehicle fleet, including requirements to reduce petroleum consumption, fuel efficiency and emissions standards, and authorities to enter into energy savings performance contracts and utility energy service contracts.
