Summary
Susan Harwood Training Grant Program Authorization Act
This bill establishes a Susan Harwood Training Grant Program. Under the program, the Department of Labor must award grants to (1) provide training and education programs for employers and workers on the recognition, avoidance, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces; and (2) inform workers of their rights and employers of their responsibilities under requirements governing occupational safety and health.
