Summary

Veterans Prescription Flexibility Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to pay for prescriptions written by an eligible health care provider during a public health emergency (as declared by the Department of Health and Human Services) for up to a 90-day supply of drugs.

Under the bill, Veterans Community Care Program providers or providers who are eligible to enter into Veterans Care Agreements are considered eligible health care providers.
