Summary
David Dorn Act of 2020
This bill increases criminal penalties for rioting and related acts, such as inciting or organizing a riot.
Specifically, this bill increases the maximum term of imprisonment for such offenses from 5 to 10 years. Additionally, if a fine is imposed for an offense, the bill sets a minimum fine amount of $1,000.
