Summary

Federal Financing Bank Risk-Sharing Act of 2020

This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of the Treasury to continue the Federal Financing Bank Risk-Sharing Program. The program provides financing to Housing Finance Agencies to build and maintain affordable housing. Additionally, the bill makes community development financial institutions eligible for the program.
