Protecting Honest Fishermen Act of 2017

This bill expands requirements related to the safety, traceability, and labeling of commercially marketed seafood, including by requiring the labeling for such seafood to indicate whether the seafood was previously frozen and whether it was harvested in a different country from the one in which it was processed.
