Ban Nerve Agents In Our Food Act of 2018

This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to cancel the registration of organophosphate pesticides under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.

The bill prohibits the sale and use of existing stock of organophosphate pesticides.

The bill requires the EPA to ban organophosphate pesticide residue on food under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
