The Corporate Crime Database Act of 2025 mandates the Bureau of Justice Statistics to create and maintain a database of enforcement actions related to corporate offenses committed by business entities or their employees. The Director of the Bureau will collect relevant information from federal agencies and publish the database online. Additionally, an annual report to Congress will be submitted, which will include an analysis of the data collected and recommendations for legislative or administrative actions to address corporate offenses. This Act also enhances the federal government's capabilities to collect, digitalize, and share relevant information on corporate offenses.
