Funds can be used for expanding capacity, educational programming, disseminating agriculture-related information, and infrastructure acquisition. Eligible entities may apply for funding as a center of excellence for agriculture advancement. Evaluation and reporting requirements are outlined, with an authorization of $20,000,000 for fiscal years 2027 through 2031.
