Health Care - As introduced, allows unlicensed persons who have completed a competency-based training program and are employed by certain personal support service agencies licensed under title 33 to administer certain medications to individuals who are incapable of self-administration in the individual's home; prohibits administration of certain medications by unlicensed persons. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 1, Part 9.
