Health Care - As introduced, prohibits a licensed professional counselor, licensed marital and family therapist, or licensed clinical pastoral therapist from receiving compensation for services rendered in a free health clinic, including, but not limited to, reimbursement from an individual or from any third party payor. - Amends TCA Title 63.
