Railroads - As introduced, increases from $10 to $25, the minimum fine amount for persons or corporations owning or operating a railroad in this state who violate the requirements to make and furnish good and sufficient crossings on the public highways crossed by them, and to keep such crossings in lawful repair at their own expense. - Amends TCA Title 65.
